Tarlac Agricultural University-Laboratory School (TAU-LS) archers competed last February 8, 18, and 25, 2023 for the continuation of Provincial Meet and confirmed additional three competitors to go on to the upcoming Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA). 

 

Gian Mirador, the athlete of the school year 2022-2023, came out strong and claimed the golds in 30m, 50m, 70m distances, and was the overall champion. 

 

Meanwhile, the youngster grade 8-A student, Mia Senajonon bagged the bronzes in 30m, 50m, and overall.

 

Lastly, Cielo Duran of 11-STEM B finished 5th in 30m and 4th in 50m and overall. 

 

Their coach Mary Rose Ong-Bantog is elated with her players' accomplishments. 

 

"Lagi kong pina paalala sakanila na huwag nilang sasayangin yung mga efforts at preparations nila for the competition. Mag focus lang sila palagi at huwag magpapa apekto sa mga kalaban kasi sarili nila yung talagang kalaban nila. Masaya tsaka fulfilling kasi nagbunga yung pinaghirapan. Proud ako sa kanila kasi sobrang galing nila." she said.
